General situation:

Skin: 
Moderate temperature, dry and rough, elastic, without bleeding spots, spider moles, or rashes.
Lymph nodes: 
There is no swelling in the superficial lymph nodes throughout the body.
Head: 
The head has no deformities, tenderness, or lumps, and the hair is dyed yellow, shiny, and evenly distributed.
Eyes: 
No shedding of eyebrows, no trichiasis, no drooping, edema, or inversion of eyelids, The membrane is free of congestion, bleeding, and follicles. No yellow staining observed on the sclera. The cornea is transparent, the pupil size is normal and round, and there is a presence of light reflex and regulatory reflex. No protruding eyeballs, able to move freely.
Ear: 
Normal hearing, no pus discharge from the external ear canal, and no tenderness in the mastoid process.
Nose: 
No deformities, no deviation in the septum, unobstructed nasal cavity, no abnormal secretions, and no tenderness in the paranasal sinuses.
Oral cavity: 
No special odor, lips are cyanotic, teeth are arranged neatly, and gums are not red or swollen Purulent discharge, thin and white tongue coating, slightly congested throat, no swelling of the two tonsils, no abnormal secretions, no hoarseness in voice, no swelling of the parotid gland.
Neck: 
The neck is soft, the jugular vein is not filled, the trachea is in the center, the thyroid II0 is enlarged, tough, and movable. No obvious nodules are palpable, and no vascular murmurs are heard.
Thorax: 
The intercostal space is normal, and there is no tenderness on the chest wall. Thoracic veins without varicose veins, normal breasts, and no induration. No subcutaneous curling sensation.
Lung：
The breathing movements are equal on both sides, the breathing is shallow and fast, and the rhythm is regular. Reduced respiratory movement, equal on both sides, reduced speech tremors, symmetrical on both sides, no pleural friction sensation.  Both lungs show clear sounds, with a width of 3CM at the right lung apex and 4CM at the left lung apex. The lower boundary of the right lung is located at the midline of the right clavicle, and the 6th, 8th, and 10th intercostal spaces are located at the midline of the armpit and scapula, respectively. The movement of the lower edge of both lungs is about 6CM.  The respiratory sounds in the alveoli of both lungs are slightly lower, with no dry or wet rales, no abnormal respiratory sounds, normal speech transmission, and no pleural friction sounds.
Heart：
There is no protrusion in the precordial area, and the apical pulsation is most pronounced at 0.5cm in the midline of the left fifth intercostal clavicle. No abnormal pulsation observed. The position of the apical pulsation is the same as before, with no lifting sensation, no palpation of tremor or pericardial friction. The midline of the clavicle is 8cm away from the anterior midline, and the heart is not enlarged. Heart rate of 98 beats per minute, uniform rate, slightly lower heart sounds, no murmurs detected, not heard
And pericardial friction sounds. 
Vascular examination: 
Both sides of the radial artery are equal. No pulsation of capillaries, no gunshot sound or Du's double sound.
Abdomen:
The abdomen is flat, with normal breathing and movement, no exposed veins on the abdominal wall, no gastrointestinal or peristaltic waves, and normal skin on the abdominal wall.  Soft abdomen, no tension in abdominal muscles, no tenderness or rebound pain, no palpable abdominal mass. The liver, spleen, kidney, and gallbladder are not palpable, and there is no tenderness at the costal and lumbar points.  Negative for mobile dullness. No percussion pain in both renal and hepatic regions, and no bladder filling. Gut sounds 4-5 times per minute, no tremors or vascular murmurs.
Anal and external genitalia:

Spine and limbs: 
No deformities, scattered and scabbed circular skin lesions, pigmented, without tenderness, rigidity, paralysis, muscle atrophy, fractures, clubbing fingers, and varicose veins. There is no redness, swelling, fluid accumulation, or deformity in all joints, and they can move freely. Mild obstructive edema in the right lower limb.
Neurological system: 
The biceps, triceps, tendons, Achilles tendon, abdominal wall, and testicular reflex are all normal. K's sign, B's sign, and Ba's sign are negative. Babinski's sign is negative. Electrocardiogram: Sinus tachycardia with left axis deviation. Liver function ALT 96.3IU/L TB and DB are normal. FT3 30.04pmol/l, TSAB (-) TSH0.98uIu/ML, T4 162.563ng/ml, T3 5.570ng/ml.
Head CT plain scan:
No abnormalities were found, no abnormal density areas were found in the brain parenchyma, and the size and morphology of each ventricle and cistern were normal. The midline structure was centered, and no abnormalities were found in the skull.
